These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 3rgame ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://3rgame.cam and all associated services, products, content and features made available through the platform.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 3rgame grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any Platform content without express prior written consent from 3rgame.

References to third-party trademarks, brand names, sports leagues (including PSL, ICC), payment providers (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) and other entities on this Platform are for contextual and informational purposes only. Such references do not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation.

The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. 3rgame does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3rgame shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits or loss of goodwill, even if 3rgame has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

3rgame is not liable for the acts, omissions, errors or decisions of any third-party Operator whose products or services are described on this Platform. Any disputes relating to gambling activity, financial transactions or account issues must be resolved directly with the relevant Operator.

You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending wagering requirements or active bonus terms will be voided upon closure.

3rgame reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or where continued operation of the Account would pose a legal or reputational risk to the Platform.

Upon termination of your Account, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct and governing law survive termination of this Agreement.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3rgame is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable Pakistani legislation. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice regarding the lawfulness of gambling in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws applicable to you.
